Prefer to train on your own at a time that suits you but want a well designed program for general fitness?

This is for you!

Offer:

  • S&C program – changes every fortnight
  • Access to the True Coach app to access your program with the ability to watch demonstrations
  • Invitation to lifting clinics
  • Invitation to the FB group for peer support/accountability & advice
  • Invitation to “get together” with the other members
  • Online booking for studio access – reserve your spot!
  • Quiet studio limited to 3 people per time slot

Semi Private Coaching

Semi private coaching is available – Limited to 3 people. This is a cost effective way for you to receive a personal service without the cost of a private coaching.

We all have different needs, goals and capabilities therefore each client receives personalized training, programmed to suit.

When you commit to coaching, you have someone in your corner supporting you through life, not only when you are at the studio training. Coaching provides you with the tools to live a healthy life and be the best version of yourself.

Offer:

  • Postural assessment
  • Health screening
  • Up to three semi private sessions per week
  • Weekly coaching call to discuss potential roadblocks & all things health such as nutrition, recovery, training and stress management
  • 12month acccess to my  7 Body Basics holistic health program – Become the CEO of your body!
  • Support 52 weeks of the year

Private 1-1 Coaching

Private 1:1 Coaching differs to Personal Training….How you ask?

  • 1 – 3 weekly training sessions
  • Postural assessment
  • Health Screening
  • Weekly private coaching call to discuss potential roadblocks in your journey, discuss a variety of health topics such as  nutrition, recovery, stress management and your training progress.
  • 12month access to my 7 Body Basics holistic health program
  • Support 52 weeks of the year
